Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature and value of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, incorrect product selection or accidental orders.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@iqdesign.ca. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the situation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution.

Minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines and finish are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects. Multicolour products may vary from the images shown depending on the placement of the filament colours.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
